How useful is it to know English, Italian, & Chinese if I have a career in psychology or photography?

I’m curious about this. I am fluent in English, and am pretty good in Italian. I would like to have a career in psychology/human resources or even perhaps photography, like working for David Yurman, Calvin Klein, or The Gap.
Would this be a bonus, as in better companies would be willing to hire me & I would have a higher income than someone who knows only English?
